Packaging Charges There is a standard packaging charge for all orders on this website which is 89p, regardless of how much you order. Weight Based Delivery Charges All our delivery charges are based on the weight of goods that you order. For additional security you can choose to upgrade delivery to Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, extra charges will apply to these: - Recorded Delivery – £0.70

Despatch For all orders received by 3pm we aim to despatch that day, although at times of high demand we aim to despatch within 24 hours (excluding Weekends and bank holidays which are posted the next working day) If your order cannot be despatched within 72 hours you will be contacted to discuss the problem and an expected despatch date. If you do not wish to wait, you can cancel your order and will issue a full refund. All orders are despatched in plain packaging by first class post. We obtain a proof of posting for everything we send. On the day of despatch we will email you to let you know your order has been dispatched. We always ship to the address on your account. Please ensure this address is up to date and accurate (with every order you place, you will receive an email confirming your order and delivery address). If you give us an incorrect address and we despatch goods to that address then you will have to wait until the goods are returned to us before we will send replacement goods back out to the correct address. If you address details were correct and a parcel is missing after 7 days then we will replace it. Your statutory rights are not affected. Delivery You can choose your delivery method during the checkout procedure. Delivery is usually within one working day of it being posted, however please allow 2 to 3 days for Post Office delays.
